Bramble Tree Estate owners Emily and Jeremy Joslin moved to Central Florida from New York with their four children. Since then, they’ve been tending to their beautiful property, raising their family on the gorgeous 11 acres of Bramble Tree Estate, and pouring themselves into improvements, gardening, and renovations. They love welcoming couples “into” their home and treat every couple they work with like family. You’ll know going into your wedding planning that you’ll be receiving dedicated attention and warm hospitality from this amazing, dedicated family!
When it comes to curating the perfect venue for a wedding, the Joslins have thought of almost everything for Bramble Tree Estate.
You and your partner begin your day getting ready in one of two spaces: the Bridal Suite or the Groom’s Den. The Bridal Suite is a spacious, home-like area full of gorgeous natural lighting. It’s equipped with a full kitchen and a private bathroom. So you can make yourselves right at home! The Groom’s Den is decorated with comfy leather furniture and has easy access to the outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful weather and views.
There is a pergola on the Bramble Tree Estate property, absolutely perfect for a first look, should you choose to do one. This beautiful, secluded structure stays covered in vibrantly green vines (and seasonally, flowers!), creating a stunning space for a truly special moment. If you don’t want to do a First Look but still want a private moment, vintage doors in the Secret Garden are perfect for a First Touch without giving too much away.
Hold your ceremony outdoors beside an iconic oak tree dripping with moss. Behind you is a simplistic white fence, beyond which is a beautiful stretch of open field that offers a farm-like aesthetic. Cocktail hour takes place on the lawn outside the Reception Pavilion. But that lasts until you want to move into your party space.
The Reception Pavilion is a large, covered, open-air structure. It provides a little additional protection from the hot Florida sun or unexpected rain. You can also opt for an al fresco-style dinner with dancing under the stars. Or bring in your own event tent for even more weather security. In fact, they recommend a tent if you are considering a wedding in the months of May through October. Thanks to Florida’s consistent rainy weather! Bramble Tree Estate can comfortably accommodate up to 350 guests.
With over 11 acres of fields and gardens, there are so many beautiful photos to be taken! Grassy meadows with wildflowers, stately oak trees, and wide open sky all provide rustic, natural backdrops for photos. Special details like hidden doors, ivy-covered trellises, and whimsical swings are all fun to feature, too!
Bramble Tree Estate offers two wedding packages from which couples can choose: a DIY package and an all-inclusive. The DIY includes exclusive access to the property on the day of your event, up to 150 chairs and tables, and other perks. They do request that you use a caterer from their preferred vendor list. But you can use your own licensed and insured caterer for an additional fee. Otherwise, their DIY packages include an open vendor policy!
A Bramble Tree Estate wedding is a gorgeous event that feels like the comfort of home without sacrificing the beauty and accountability of a professional venue. As your wedding photographer, I’d love to help you capture every spontaneous moment and planned detail in your beautiful photos. Reach out if you’re interested in working together – it’s never too early to get your wedding date on the calendar!
