Begin your The Manor At 12 Oaks Farm wedding day by getting ready with your closest friends and family in the bright and beautiful Wedding Party Suite. Salon stations, feminine floral wallpaper, two restrooms, and a private dressing room create the perfect space for dolling up and preparing for the best day of your life. Your partner and their party will love getting ready in the Wedding Party Lodge, a separate carriage house with a full kitchen, a 60” television, and comfortable leather lounge furniture.
When it’s time to say “I do,” you can host your ceremony at one of their stunning outdoor ceremony sites. Seat your guests on a lush green lawn overlooking the property’s sparkling pond while you and your partner exchange vows beneath a decorated arbor. Other features like waterscapes, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a stone terrace also serve as stunning backdrops for a ceremony.
For your reception, you can choose to gather indoors in the Ballroom or outdoors on the Veranda. The Ballroom is a bright, neutrally decorated space that is perfect for a cozy reception with up to 150 guests. Your wedding day at The Manor at 12 Oaks Farm can easily be everything you’ve dreamed it would be. You’ll have exclusive use of the Manor, the grounds, both the Wedding Party Suite and the Wedding Party Lounge, and, of course, the beautiful outdoor pavilion. They’ll provide the chairs and tables for up to 200 guests, and a dedicated onsite staff will be present on the day of your event. You also have full flexibility when it comes to choosing your vendors, including catering and bartenders. As long as your vendors are licensed and insured, you can use whomever you choose!
