Luxmore Grande Estate is reimagining the idea of a “house party.” Though it may look reminiscent of a historic manor, the home itself was built as a private residence in 2001. With over 20,500 square feet of indoor space, current owner RW Brands saw limitless potential in the home as an event venue and purchased it in 2014. Today, its thoughtful design touches like Austrian crystal chandeliers, Brazilian wood floors, and expansive gardens all add dynamic texture and elegance to any incredible event.
Details of the Grounds
Your Luxmore Grande Estate wedding day begins in one of two spacious VIP getting-ready spaces. These bright, well-equipped rooms are the perfect spots to prepare and kick back before the main event begins.
You can choose to hold your ceremony outdoors in the gardens, surrounded by mature trees and landscaping. Take advantage of the beautiful Florida weather and allow your guests to take in the beautiful grounds as you say, “I do.” You can also opt to host your cocktail hour on the spacious outdoor patio or even host your reception outside!
Most couples choose to celebrate their new nuptials indoors, however, in the beautiful ballroom. The space features a bank of tall, curved windows overlooking the beautiful grounds, rich hardwood floors, and an elegant chandelier. The space is bright and neutral, making it perfectly adaptable to any color palette or themed decor you may have in mind. The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests for a beautiful, personalized celebration.

Luxmore Grande Estate has so many fun spots to incorporate into wedding day photos. In addition to the gorgeous ballroom and getting-ready suites, the main entrance features a double curved staircase adorned in greenery and florals that are iconic in photos. Whether it’s full-body solo shots of you looking your best or intimate couple shots on the steps, it’s an absolute must for a wedding at this venue. The library is another unique space for formal portraits, with rich, dark wood floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and vintage furniture. Of course, the outdoor gardens and patio are also spectacular for photos, incorporating tropical foliage, mature trees, and lush green lawns.

When you host a wedding at Luxmore Grande Estate, you’ll work with their exclusive caterer, Big City Catering, to curate an impeccable menu you and your guests will love. The only other vendor you’re required to use is a wedding planner from their list of approved planners and coordinators; you have the freedom to choose all of your other vendors as long as they are licensed and insured! Their event team will work closely with you to help you piece together a perfect wedding day that is as unique as you and your partner!
