The Lodge and Club Ponte Vedra Beach is a AAA Four-Diamond resort overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, conveniently located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Its sister resort, The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, was one of the earliest in the area, welcoming wealthy visitors from all over the world as early as 1928. In 1941, New York banker and frequent guest of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, Tommy Sabin, purchased 600 feet of oceanfront property and opened an independent seasonal hotel called the Innlet. Over the years, the hotel exchanged hands multiple times and underwent a variety of expansions and renovations until it was purchased by Ponte Vedra Corporation (owners of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club) in 1997.
Today, the distinctive Mediterranean-inspired resort is surrounded by graceful palm trees and rolling dunes, offering a variety of luxury amenities and beachfront charm to guests. Features like the heated oceanfront adults-only pool and Jacuzzi, kid-friendly pool with a splash park and waterslide, four onsite restaurants, and spectacular ocean views make this an incredible place for a vacation – or a staycation if you’re a local!

The Ponte Vedra Lodge and Club has several beautiful venue spaces, both indoor and outdoor, that are perfect for a wedding.
The Ocean Lawn is located just steps away from the sandy shores of Ponte Vedra Beach. A paved brick aisle will lead you down to a blue tile water feature overlooking the ocean, a perfect landing place for a vow exchange you and your guests (up to 150 of them) won’t soon forget. The Fountain Courtyard is another beautiful outdoor option. It is close to the beach and situated around a beautiful tiered white fountain. This space is perfect for slightly larger ceremonies with a capacity of 200 or a fabulous oceanfront cocktail hour.
The Trellis is another gorgeous outdoor space with a unique Mediterranean aesthetic. A large white trellis wrapped in drapery offers stunning ocean views and provides a perfect space for a ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or even a farewell brunch. The Trellis is connected to the Conservatory, an octagonal room with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase uninterrupted views of the beach. While The Trellis can accommodate up to 215 people, The Conservatory has a more intimate capacity of 80.
Other indoor settings include the sophisticated Ocean Room ballroom. This room boasts panoramic views of Ponte Vedra Beach and high vaulted ceilings (up to 215 guests).
