The Tringali Barn has all the charm of an old, historic building despite being built only ten years ago! What sets it apart from other area barn venues is that it was built specifically to be a wedding venue. In 2014, then-owners of the property, Joe and Cindy Tringali, were searching for a wedding venue for their daughter. Eventually, they decided to build their own! The Tringali Barn’s aesthetic matches the rustic charm of the surrounding property, but it’s also fully equipped with modern comforts and amenities to make throwing an incredible wedding as simple as possible.
The Tringali Barn was purchased in 2018 by the current owner and St. Augustine local Chris Shee. Chris’ dedication turned the venue into one of the most sought-after in Northeast Florida. Hundreds of weddings later, it’s still known for its romantic setting with gorgeous landscaping, indoor/outdoor flexibility, and exceptional service.
Details of the Grounds
Begin your Tringali Barn wedding day by getting ready with your closest friends and family in the upstairs bridal party room. The space has plenty of mirrors and room for hair and makeup, as well as timeless and treasured getting-ready photos. Your partner and their party can kick back and relax in the Groom’s Room, fully equipped with comfy sofas, a TV, a poker table, and other ways to pass the time.
When it’s time for the ceremony, you can say “I do” on a wooden platform beneath a spacious wooden arbor that overlooks the property’s gorgeous lake. You can adorn the arbor and aisle with your signature flowers, drapery, and decor for a customized look that brings some of your unique personality to the space – although it’s so beautiful, you don’t need much! And don’t worry too much about unpredictable Florida weather – there’s plenty of room in the Barn itself if you need a covered backup space.
The Barn itself can accommodate up to 250 seated guests for a lively celebration. The interior features warm, rustic wood, recessed lighting (and romantic string lighting for an extra special effect), and charming details like barn doors and whiskey barrel decor. It’s a clean, modern barn space with built-in bars, indoor restrooms, and plenty of flexible space to accommodate any floor plan. Plus, you can take advantage of the large outdoor fire pit as an extra special feature for you and your guests throughout your celebration!
Photography Opportunities
The Tringali Barn offers plenty of beautiful, rustic backdrops for wedding photos that feel authentically beautiful. The barn’s rich red exterior is a lovely feature in photos, especially the grand barn doors, as well as the lush green landscaping and aesthetically pastoral fences. The lake is another beautiful backdrop, surrounded by marshy grasses and mature trees. It’s a fabulous site for photos that are as rustic and natural as they are cozy and romantic.
Wedding Details
When you celebrate at The Tringali Barn, you’ll have access to the property for both a 1-hour rehearsal and a 2-hour engagement shoot, should you choose! Your event will also include 250 Chiavari chairs and beautiful farmhouse tables. You’ll have a Tringali Barn Event Manager onsite for your wedding. They will set up the space according to your floor plan and handle venue-related issues. But you’ll still want to have a coordinator who can handle personal decor setup and breakdown. Plus, you have the freedom to choose all of your own vendors for your event. So long as they come licensed and insured!
