Details of the Grounds
Bridle Oaks is a beautiful setting for a wedding that celebrates the beauty of the outdoors in a natural, rustic setting.
To begin your wedding day, you and your bridal party can get ready in the beautiful Bride’s Cottage, complete with a full kitchen and a private bathroom. There is plenty of comfortable space for you to prepare for your ceremony, surrounded by your closest friends and family.
Your ceremony will be held at a one-of-a-kind outdoor altar. This beautiful, barn-like facade includes details like rustic wood paneling, a white framed window, elegant drapery, and a gorgeous crystal chandelier. You’ll say “I do” surrounded by a leafy forest backdrop while your guests take it all in on sturdy built-in benches. Then, everyone can enjoy toasting to your new marriage in the open-air cocktail barn!
The Reception Barn is a custom-built facility made of yellow Southern pine. A 7-foot tall centerpiece chandelier makes a breathtaking first impression from the moment you step inside. Two clear-story window enhancements let in plenty of overhead natural light and are adorned with additional chandeliers for a romantic glow as the sun sets. String lighting adds an extra special touch to the rustic space, too. It’s a gorgeous barn space that has plenty of elegance for the perfect balance of natural beauty and special glamor.
Photography Opportunities
Gorgeous photos are an absolute draw of the Bridle Oaks wedding venue. From the beautiful outdoor altar to the stunning greenery of the surrounding forests, there is no shortage of outdoor backdrops we can use. Beautiful gardens and architectural touches like grand barn doors and wooden siding are great for fun textured backgrounds, too! Who knows, some of the venue’s barnyard friends may even make a charismatic appearance!
Wedding Details
When you host your wedding at Bridle Oaks, you won’t be tied down to a specific predetermined package. There are some things to keep in mind, however!
First of all, you’ll have the freedom to choose your licensed and insured vendors (although they do have a list of preferred vendors in case you need recommendations!) The only vendors they require you to use include their linen provider and bartending company. They’ll also provide you with chairs and tables for up to 150 guests and give you access to their inventory of decor rentals. The Reception Barn comes air-conditioned, but the venue stays closed in July and August.
They also require you to use one of their day-of coordinators (for an additional fee.) Their coordinators know the ins and outs of the property and can help you navigate every detail of your wedding day. Plus, your coordinator is actually a team of 5, including an assistant coordinator, parking attendant, trash attendant, and clean-up crew!
