Named for the area’s thriving citrus industry, the Citrus Club was first founded in January of 1971 as a private business and social club for men. In the years that followed, demand for membership grew, and so did their space! By 1982, the club included a spacious ballroom and restaurant space, and in the summer of 1985, they added a private fitness facility. By 1989, membership expanded to include women, and it’s been a highly sought-after community ever since. Don’t worry – you don’t need to be a member to host your wedding at The Citrus Club!
The Citrus Club offers several event spaces of varying sizes that are perfect for elegant weddings. The Main Ballroom boasts breathtaking views of downtown Orlando at any time of day, but especially at night when they come alive with twinkling lights. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows let in floods of natural light throughout the day. Contemporary light fixtures and decor allow the space to easily accommodate any color palette or themed decor your heart desires. The Main Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 seated guests, and it can be divided into smaller spaces for more intimate events, too.
